Burnam Place Homeowners Association

The Burnam Place Homeowners Association (HOA)  is self-managed by a volunteer group composed entirely of residential property owners. The HOA  is presided over by a five-member Board of Directors. Our community has  300 homes in the development, ranging in size from 1800 sq. ft. to over 3000 sq. ft. 

The purpose of this site is to provide information about our neighborhood and the workings of the association.  We are proud of our neighborhood and our homes It is the association's purpose to maintain and improve, so that we can continue to enjoy our neighborhood and protect the value of our investments.

Board Meetings are held on the third Wednesday  of the month,  The meeting convenes at 6:30pm on Zoom.

Monthly HOA Meeting Date Has Changed

The monthly Board of Directors meetings are now held the third Wednesday of every month a 6:30 PM in the Clubhouse. 

Gutter Cleaning Scheduled March 16 & 17

All gutters and downspouts throughout the community will be cleaned on March 16 and 17 2020 by Acme Company. The HOA, Management and contractor are not liable for any damage that may occur so please move personal items away from buildings. Thank you!
